Gregory V. Smith has more than 40 years of legal experience and currently focuses on handling real estate, estate planning and probate, and business associations.  Mr. Smith has been certified as a Real Property Specialist by the Minnesota State Bar Association, and has more than 40 years of experience handling real estate matters.  In addition to being an experienced litigator, he also possesses a wealth of experience in resolving disputes through mediation.  Mr. Smith earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of St. Thomas and his Juris Doctor degree from the William Mitchell College of Law.  He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and before the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota.  He is a member of the 18th Judicial District Ethics Committee and is a past president of the 18th District of the Minnesota State Bar.  Mr. Smith is actively involved in the local community and has been a member of the Volunteer Attorney Program for nearly four decades.

Gerald S. Paulson possesses nearly 25 years of legal experience and focuses his practice on criminal law and traffic violations defense, family law, general litigation, and resolution through mediation.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from Concordia College at Moorhead and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, and is admitted to practice in Minnesota and North Dakota and before the United States District Courts for the Districts of Minnesota and North Dakota.  Before joining Smith Paulson O'Donnell & Associates, PLC, Mr. Paulson was a former police officer and prosecutor in Minnesota.  He is certified as a neutral under Minnesota's court rules for Alternative Dispute Resolution.



Patrick M. O'Donnell

Patrick M. O'Donnell possesses more than 20 years of legal experience and currently focuses on civil litigation matters, including employment and labor law, business associations, and collections.  He earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from St. Cloud State University and his Juris Doctor degree from the William Mitchell College of Law.  Before attending law school, Mr. O'Donnell served as a Third-Class Petty Officer in the United States Navy.  He is admitted to practice in Minnesota and Texas, the United States District Court for the District of Minnesota, the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas, and the Courts of Appeal for Fifth and Eighth Circuits.  In addition to his legal expertise, Mr. O'Donnell is passionate about community involvement.  He is a Board Member of Central Minnesota Legal Services, a former president and current STRIVE program student mentor for the Monticello Rotary Club, a former Treasurer of the Monticello Chamber of Commerce, and a former President of the Wright County Area United Way.



Duwane B. Snyder

Duwane B. Snyder

Duwane B. Snyder currently handles many types of transactional and litigation matters, including construction law and mechanic's liens, real estate law, probate litigation, business formations, and elder law.  He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Upper Iowa University and his Juris Doctor degree from the Hamline University School of Law.  Before attending law school, Mr. Snyder was in the United States Marine Corps for nearly 15 years and was awarded several Service medals.  Currently, he is admitted to practice in Minnesota.  He is a member of Minnesota State Bar Association Construction Law Section, the Central Minnesota Builder's Association, the National Association of Home Builders, and the Becker Area Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. Snyder is also heavily involved in the community, serving as a Vice President of the Wright County Area United Way, a former Vice Chairman of the board of Education of ISD 726 in Becker, and Treasurer of the Board of Governors of the Wright Technical Learning Center.  He also provides pro bono legal services for the Central Minnesota Legal Services Volunteer Attorney Program and serves as a volunteer attorney for Sherburne County and Wright County legal clinics.
